Continuation of #6947, which was auto-closed by the stale bot; reopening is restricted for outside contributors, so this is the same fix rebased onto the current `rocketmq-studio` head. The defect still reproduces: `mcp_http.go` decodes the JSON-RPC `id` as float64 and `sendRequest` compares `response.ID.String()` with `request.ID.String()`, so any id beyond 2^53 silently mismatches and cancellation requests can never match their origin. The rebase also keeps the upstream `sendSnapshot`/`canReconnect` refactor intact. Note: the known `Frontend Build (Node 20)` baseline red (https://github.com/apache/rocketmq-dashboard/actions/runs/39257998487) is unrelated - no frontend files are touched here.
