### Motivation `v3.0.0` is already tagged ([`04f20de`](https://github.com/apache/rocketmq-flink/commit/04f20debcd1549911fb4b507cbfadd74157f52c0)) against the pre-migration code, so `main` cannot keep that version: same GAV, different content — and this line now has a different Flink baseline (2.2.1 / Java 17, #158) and no legacy implementations at all (#157). ### Changes Project version `3.0.0` -> `4.0.0` in the parent pom and the four module poms (the modules inherit / use `${project.version}`, so those are the only five occurrences). The 1.x line on `v3.1.0` goes to `3.1.0` in a separate PR. With a distinct version per line the two artifacts cannot collide, so the project version does not need a Flink suffix. ### Verification `mvn -B clean package` green on JDK 17; produces `flink-sql-connector-rocketmq-4.0.0.jar` and `flink-sql-connector-rocketmq-grpc-4.0.0.jar`. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
