## Which Issue(s) This PR Fixes Fixes #7119. Replaces stale-closed #7120; both were closed by the inactivity bot, not by a substantive review. ## Summary - Add English and Chinese standalone `rmqctl` guides and link them from the root READMEs. - Cover native source builds, offline help/catalog inspection, environment-backed access contexts, config precedence, and a read-only topic-list example. - Explain the Studio instance-name/HMAC credential distinction and generate external MCP configuration with explicit absolute executable, context and instance options. This is a replacement for stale-closed #7120, preserving the original four-file documentation contribution and its attribution. There are no CLI, server, frontend, dependency or protocol implementation changes. ## Verification Validated against `7abf8adaf660d75f2d686bbe8741be76c3a5ddd3` using Go 1.27.1 on Linux with offline dependency caches and isolated HOME: - `make -C rmqctl build` (including catalog and binary license-material verification) - `make -C rmqctl fmt` - `make -C rmqctl test-race` - `make -C rmqctl vet` - Real version/help/explain commands, access-context commands, missing-input errors, config-path precedence and MCP snippet checks - Three signed read-only topic-list calls (JSON/YAML/table) to a synthetic loopback fixture, with independent HMAC/header/body assertions - English/Chinese command parity, shell syntax, relative links/anchors and root links - `git diff --check` No real credentials or external Studio endpoint were used. Native Linux build was exercised; six-target build-all, live deployment/external MCP-client sessions, Java/frontend suites and hosted CI are not claimed as local passes. ## Related work #7381 concerns mutation-confirmation behavior and #7382 concerns relative executable-path binding. This guide uses only a read-only request and an explicit absolute executable path and does not copy either implementation. #5530 adds `docs/mcp-hmac.md` and a Java shared-golden-vector test. Its current two-file diff does not touch these four guide files. This is a runnable operator quick start, not a signing-protocol or compatibility-policy specification, and it does not depend on that PR. AI assistance was used to inspect the implementation, review the documentation, and execute verification; the resulting diff and evidence were checked before submission. The root links are in the AI Assistant sections and apply cleanly alongside #5391's first-start/login documentation. The guide distinguishes those browser accounts from instance HMAC credentials. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
