+## What's Changed
+This release introduces a new implementation of Pop consumption based on
RocksDB (in the alpha phase, see RIP-73 for details). It improves and provides
a migration plan for the capability of using RocksDB to store consumption queue
indexes, adds support for the ability to cancel scheduled messages, enhances
graceful online and offline capabilities, and includes numerous regular detail
fixes related to HA, ACL, Metrics and Pop consumption.
