Consolidates five small UI fix PRs from @yyqdbngt into one (each kept as its
own commit, original authorship preserved):
- #1169 use the latest data source when switching metrics source
- #1170 tolerate partial failures in batch consumer group delete (merged
with the instance-scoped `instanceId` parameter from the instance series;
returns `{ deleted, failed }`)
- #1171 surface config save errors in cluster dialog
- #1172 guard address search and normalize case
- #1174 wire up the live refresh toggle with polling
The originals were based on an older base; conflicts with the
instance-scoping changes were resolved locally. Full web suite (84 files, 409
tests) and build pass.
