Current ocketmq-studio already reloads the canonical list after a successful clear (const fresh = await listSystemAlerts(); setAlerts(fresh); in web/src/pages/ops/systemAlerts.tsx), and SystemAlertsPage.test.tsx covers acknowledgement behavior.
