### Summary
Adds the first dedicated unit test suite for `AlertDomain`, the alert domain
vocabulary that scopes business vs cluster alert rules.
### Changes

`server/src/test/java/org/apache/rocketmq/studio/ops/alert/AlertDomainTest.java`
- `exposesBothAlertDomains`: BUSINESS and CLUSTER exist.
- `enumNamesUseUpperSnakeCase`: names stay upper snake-case.
- `namesRoundTripThroughValueOf`: every constant round-trips.
### Testing
- `mvn -B test -Dtest=AlertDomainTest` passes (3 tests, all green).
