### Summary
Adds the first dedicated unit test suite for `K8sCertVO`, the certificate
row returned by the K8s certificate endpoints.
### Changes
-
`server/src/test/java/org/apache/rocketmq/studio/cluster/k8s/K8sCertVOTest.java`
- `builderDefaultsDescribeEmptyCertificate`: type/status null, day count
zero.
- `allArgsCarryCertificateState`: cert type, validity window, SANs and key
material round-trip.
### Testing
- `mvn -B test -Dtest=K8sCertVOTest` passes (2 tests, all green).
