### Summary
Adds the first dedicated unit test suite for `NotificationDeliveryVO`, the
immutable delivery row returned by the delivery feed.
### Changes
-
`server/src/test/java/org/apache/rocketmq/studio/ops/alert/NotificationDeliveryVOTest.java`
- `builderDefaultsDescribeFreshDelivery`: attempt count zero, references
null.
- `allArgsCarryDeliveryState`: channel, outbox status, attempts and
timestamps round-trip.
### Testing
- `mvn -B test -Dtest=NotificationDeliveryVOTest` passes (2 tests, all
green).
