Status check against current `master` (2026-09-30): the export path now filters by subscription mode server-side (`GET /api/groups/export` accepts `subscriptionMode`, and `MetadataService.exportConsumerGroups` applies it), but the paged inventory this issue is about still does not: `GET /api/groups/page` accepts only `instanceId` / `clusterId` / `search` / `page` / `pageSize` (`ConsumerGroupController.listConsumerGroupsPage`), and `web/src/pages/instance/consumer.tsx` still filters the loaded page in memory with the mode filter.
