### Which Issue(s) This PR Fixes
- Fixes #5200
### Brief Description
The message detail modal's trace tab gains an **Export Trace** button next
to the query action, enabled once a trace is loaded. It downloads a
`trace-<identity>.json` document containing the query context (mode, msgId or
key, topic, custom trace topic, instance), an `exportedAt` timestamp, the full
`nodes` array and the `consumerStatus` array — the structured data a support
ticket needs instead of screenshots. The identity falls back to the selected
message's msgId for auto-loaded traces and to the manually entered value for
re-queries; the filename is sanitized for filesystem use. The per-message body
download, the trace query controls and the diagnostics panel are unchanged.
### How Did You Test This Change?
Run on the branch (`ff674eb5`, based on `master` @ `0228dad5`):
```
cd web && npm test -- MessagePage --run
Test Files 2 passed (2)
Tests 34 passed (34)
cd web && npm run lint
0 errors (11 pre-existing warnings in unrelated files)
```
New coverage: the page test opens a message's trace through the row action,
waits for the auto-loaded trace, clicks **导出轨迹** and asserts the download —
filename `trace-MID-TRACE-EXPORT.json`, `application/json` content type — and
the parsed payload: `mode: 'msgid'`, the query/topic context, both trace nodes
(including the error-stage status) and the consumer status entry, plus a string
`exportedAt`. The existing trace-loading and late-response regression tests
keep passing.
