**Which page or component**
`web/src/pages/instance/consumer.tsx` — the consumer group page header, the
table pagination footer and the batch-import result toasts.
**What happened**
The page is largely localized (`t('group.title')`, `t('consumer.*')`
columns), but six user-visible strings interpolate values into hardcoded
Chinese template literals:
- header subtitle: `管理消费者组订阅关系与消费进度，共 N 个 Group`
- pagination `showTotal`: `共 N 个 Group`
- four import-result toasts: `已导入 N 个 Group`, `已导入 N 个 Group，M 行无效已跳过`, `已导入
N 个 Group，M 个失败`, `M 个 Group 导入失败`
An English viewer gets the page header, the pagination footer and every
import outcome in Chinese.
**Steps to reproduce**
1. Switch the display language to English.
2. Open any instance's consumer group page: the subtitle ends with 共 N 个
Group; the pagination footer shows 共 N 个 Group.
3. Batch-import groups with one invalid row: the toast is Chinese.
**Expected behaviour**
These strings interpolate through `t()` with `consumer.pageSubtitle`,
`consumer.totalGroups` and `consumer.import*` keys, zh output byte-identical to
today.

branch `rocketmq-studio`, commit `4ee173ad`.
