Head commit for run: dcaae90d595b46a98665859020ab2daada9fe7cf / wang1r <[email protected]> docs: correct the proxy restart contract and document the other five docs/api-spec.md documented one of the six /api/proxies endpoints and got that one wrong: 4.11 showed a single-field request body while RestartProxyDTO requires both clusterId and addr, and advertised a { success: boolean } response while the controller returns Result<Void> and ClusterService.restartProxy always throws 501. Correct 4.11 against the code and add 4.12-4.16 for the list, topology, address add/remove and config reload endpoints, pinning the behaviour that is not guessable from the path: the two unrelated notions of "proxy", the two status vocabularies, the 2s/10s probe budget, the derived remoting port, the in-memory-only address list and the 502/500 split on reload. The K8s certificate sections move to 4.17-4.20 so the proxy endpoints stay grouped; nothing references those numbers.
