### Closing: this branch was stacked on #5440 Its diff carries two unrelated changes — the AI double-stop fix from #5440 plus the DLQ resend confinement — because the branch was cut from `fix/ai-second-stop-terminal-write` instead of `rocketmq-studio`. That also explains why this PR's `Backend Tests` job failed on `AiRunServiceTest` (a test from the other change) rather than on the DLQ code. Rebuilt cleanly from `rocketmq-studio` with the DLQ commit only, re-verified (`RocketMQDLQProviderTest` → `Tests run: 46, Failures: 0, Errors: 0, Skipped: 0`; checkstyle clean) and resubmitted as #5451.
