This includes the upstream MetricsExplorer test-fixture type correction (#5305) and preserves existing PR history. Verified with a clean npm ci on Node 24.19.0: all 147 frontend test files / 1,386 tests pass with --maxWorkers=2, five license tests pass, ESLint has zero errors (10 existing warnings), and the full production build passes its license gate. The default-parallel test run had unexpected worker exits; the complete limited-concurrency rerun passed. Independently verified SHA-256 for 73 final output files and 140 legal files covering 133 components. Post-build JavaScript and NOTICE tampering are still rejected.
