Closing this PR: `431d9791` (PR #4816, now on `rocketmq-studio`) lands the same order-tolerant `normalizeDeliveryOrderType` (`FIFO`/`ORDER` substrings → `Orderly`, tolerating `PARTITON_ORDER`/`MESSAGES_ORDER`/`PARTITION_ORDER`), so the create-dialog ordering choices are no longer silently downgraded to `ConcurrentLy`. It additionally handles the ordered-group retry policy, which this PR did not cover. With the defect fixed upstream, keeping this open would only be a duplicate.
