## Problem The shared instance selector (`components/InstanceSelect.tsx`) — embedded in the filter bar of every instance-scoped page (consumer, topic, DLQ, message, audit, alerts, …) — has two hardcoded Chinese strings that bypass the i18n layer it otherwise uses (its failed-state text and retry button already go through `t()`): - The default `placeholder` is the literal `'选择实例'`, applied whenever a page does not pass its own placeholder — so an English-locale operator sees a Chinese placeholder in every page's filter bar. - The `notFoundContent` is the literal `'暂无匹配实例'`, shown when the typed filter matches no instance — Chinese regardless of the display language. ## Expected behavior Both strings go through `t()` + `translations.ts`: the default placeholder becomes `instance.selectPlaceholder` (`选择实例` / `Select an instance`) and the empty-match content becomes `instance.noMatchInstance` (`暂无匹配实例` / `No matching instances`). Pages that pass an explicit placeholder are unaffected. ## Notes - The companion empty-state component `ResultEmpty.tsx` (default title `暂无数据`) turned out to have no importers anywhere in `web/src` — it is dead code, so it is intentionally left out of this change. - The zh text is byte-identical to what was hardcoded, so Chinese-locale users see no change. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
