   ## Problem

   The client connection diagnostics utility
(`utils/clientConnectionDiagnostics.ts`) returns **Chinese display text
directly** — the status label (`客户端连接健康` / `客户端连接需要关注` / `客户端连接存在高风险`), all 13
issue variants' titles, descriptions, and per-issue recommendations. The client
connections page renders these verbatim in the diagnostics panel (status line,
issue table, recommendations list), so an operator who switches the console to
English still gets an entirely Chinese diagnosis.

This is the same gap fixed for the consumer group health (#5564), topic
route (#5566), and ACL risk (#5568) diagnostics: the codebase's established
contract is that diagnostics utilities return translation keys and the page
resolves them through `t()`. This is the fourth of the six key-less members of
that family.

   ## Expected Behavior

   `analyzeClientConnections` follows the key-returning contract:

   - `statusText` → `statusKey` (`clientDiag.statusHealthy` / `statusWarning` /
`statusCritical`)
   - each issue carries `titleKey` / `descriptionKey` / `recommendationKey`
instead of `title` / `description` / `recommendation` (all texts are static;
`evidence` stays raw data)
   - `recommendations` → `recommendationKeys` (the dedup-by-key builder and the
6-item cap are unchanged)
   - the connections page's diagnostics panel resolves all of them through `t()`
   - the zh text is byte-identical to what the utility returned before, so
Chinese-locale users see no change

   ## Notes

   - 43 new `clientDiag.*` entries in `translations.ts` (3 status + 13
title/description pairs + 13 recommendations + 1 default recommendation).
   - The remaining key-less members are `messagePayloadPreview` /
`resourceCsvImport` / `messageProperties` (send pre-check and CSV import
validation).
