The GitHub Actions job "CI" on rocketmq-dashboard.git/fix/system-topic-case-consistency has failed. Run started by GitHub user zjncs (triggered by zjncs).
Head commit for run: 62af51e23580132be68c5c70d525ac62ba160bf6 / zjncs <[email protected]> fix(topic): system-topic filtering is case-consistent across create and paged list paths SystemTopicFilter.isSystem matched case-sensitively while the paged SQL filter compared under the column collation (utf8mb4, case- insensitive on production MySQL): a case variant like RMQ_SYS_foo was creatable (guard is cs, broker check is cs) but then silently hidden from the paged console list while the non-paged list (/api/ topics, CSV export, findTopic, AI tools) showed it — the user creates a topic that never appears, retrying yields an already- exists confusion. The H2 dev harness compares LIKE case-sensitively, which is exactly why CI never saw the divergence. isSystem now matches case-insensitively (lower-cased prefix checks incl. rmq_sys_, equalsIgnoreCase against the system topic set); listTopicsPage uses explicit LOWER(name) NOT LIKE apply() predicates with escaped wildcards so the filter is identical on H2 and MySQL. Tests: new SystemTopicCaseVariantTest (4 cases: RMQ_SYS_/retry/dlq variants + canonical + normal controls); three-stage: 2 red on reverted code -> 4/4 green -> mutation red; blast-radius 115 tests (SystemTopicFilter/RocketMQMetadataProvider/MetadataService/Topic Controller) all green.
