docs: point the PR template and issue forms at rocketmq-studio (#5522)
Seven references still told contributors to base their branch on `master`
and to reproduce against
`master`, while Studio development and merges happen on `rocketmq-studio`.
Updates the pull request
template and the four issue forms. `ci.yml` keeps both branches as triggers
on purpose and is not
part of this change.
