Head commit for run: 4da0c3d98bedb28804d945c1b65e7d02648bd707 / Yue Wang <[email protected]> fix(ai): attach the run observer before the replay query The reconnect path registered the observer only after the persisted rows had been replayed to the socket, so a live frame the run published between the replay query and the registration was never delivered: nothing was tailing at that moment and the row was not in the replay window either. A tool-heavy run reconnecting mid-flight lost exactly the blocks it persisted during the catch-up, leaving a hole only a second reload could fill. AiRunService.attach now registers the session with AgentRunRegistry before the replay query, as the AgentStreamSession contract already documents: frames that arrive while the session is REPLAYING are buffered and drained after the replayed rows, deduplicated against the replay watermark.
