Head commit for run: 27cf9030a05e97754a68eafc3ecc7a638979a085 / Yue Wang <[email protected]> fix(ai): keep MCP tool failures inside one error result The stdio MCP handler enforced neither of the two guards the HTTP tool paths have: model-controlled arguments arrived unbounded (the 256 KiB budget of AiPayloadGuard was never checked on this transport), and a failure the executor did not translate - a tool result Jackson cannot serialise - escaped the handler, which the MCP SDK treats as a failure of the whole exchange and kills the hosted agent's tool channel for the rest of the run. The handler now validates the invocation through the same guard and maps a refusal to an INVALID_ARGUMENT result, and any untranslated RuntimeException becomes one EXECUTION_FAILED result the agent can read and recover from.
