The underlying problem is real: `server/Dockerfile:39` does `COPY LICENSE NOTICE /src/` and `deploy/deploy.sh:94` builds with the repository root as context, so a fresh remote directory fails. However `deploy/` holds our internal deployment tooling and is out of scope for community contributions, so we will apply this one-line archive change on our side rather than through this PR. Thanks for spotting it — closing without merging. Applied in #5759 (merged into `rocketmq-studio` as 7e22f69c8): the tar list now carries `LICENSE NOTICE` alongside `server web deploy rmqctl`.
