Head commit for run: 02bbdf09fba886a37de5e956a09a3c1c56d81616 / Yue Wang <[email protected]> fix(ai): stream the degraded notice to the live observer The degraded/unbound notice an admission persists as the run's first event only existed in the database: writeTimeline does not publish a live frame, so the client that sent the message never saw the warning that RocketMQ tools were unavailable - it appeared only after a reload, the moment the run started streaming anyway. The rest of the timeline keeps live and replayed renderings identical, and this is the one event that broke that equivalence. Admission now also publishes the notice as a live frame after the observer is attached and the replay is finished, so watching the turn and reloading it show the same warning.
