### What `SendMessageDTO` carries a message send request. It had no test. This adds 2 tests. ### What is pinned - **the topic is the only required field**; - every optional routing and payload field — tag, key, properties, **FIFO message group**, **DELAY delivery timestamp** — round-trips through the builder. ### Verification - New tests on unmodified code: **2/2 green**, checkstyle clean. - Discriminating mutation: the topic constraint message drifted (red). - Restored: 2/2 green.
