### What `UpdateTopicDTO` carries a topic update. It had no test. This adds 5 tests. ### What is pinned - **`toTopicVO()` maps every supplied field** (name, namespace, cluster, type, queue counts, permission, remark); - **missing queue counts keep the view defaults** (the mapping only overrides what the request carries); - the topic **name is required**, and queue counts must be **zero or positive** (zero valid, negative rejected). ### Verification - New tests on unmodified code: **5/5 green**, checkstyle clean. - Discriminating mutation: the name mapping dropped (red). - Restored: 5/5 green.
