### What `UpgradeNameServerDTO` carries a NameServer upgrade request. It had no test. This adds 3 tests. ### What is pinned - a valid request passes, with the **target version reported separately from the address**; - **every field of the upgrade key** (cluster, address, target version) is required, and **a blank field counts as missing**. ### Verification - New tests on unmodified code: **3/3 green**, checkstyle clean. - Discriminating mutation: the `targetVersion` constraint message drifted (red). - Restored: 3/3 green.
