### Which Issue(s) This PR Fixes
Fixes #11328
### Brief Description
Both help paths in the operations-demo consumer printed the usage with the
label `producer` (`hf.printHelp("producer", options, true)` at
`Consumer.java:101` and `:105`), so running the consumer with `-h` or bad
arguments shows `usage: producer ...` followed by the consumer's own options
(`consumerGroup`, `subscription`, ...). The sibling `Producer.java` correctly
prints `usage: producer`, leaving two demos that both claim to be "producer".
Both labels now say `consumer`.
### How Did You Test This Change?
`mvn -pl example -am -DskipTests compile` (JDK 11, PR base commit) → BUILD
SUCCESS with the change. The print label is a display string only; behavior
verified by inspection against the sibling `Producer.java` help path.
