### What `DeleteRequestDTO` is the delete-by-id body shared by every delete endpoint. It had no test. This adds 3 tests. ### What is pinned - the **id is required**; - **a name-shaped id is valid** — the id stays a `String` because some backends (Tencent Cloud ACL) identify resources by name; - the **optional instance id routes the delete** to a cloud-vendor backend. ### Verification - New tests on unmodified code: **3/3 green**, checkstyle clean. - Discriminating mutation: the id constraint message drifted (red). - Restored: 3/3 green.
