Three tests pin: the id is required; a name-shaped id is valid (the id stays a String because some backends, like the Tencent Cloud ACL, identify resources by name); and the optional instance id routes the delete to a cloud-vendor backend. Discriminating mutations (build result verified): the id constraint message drifted (red). Restored: 3/3 green.
