Head commit for run: df00a7f2430fa64bd7ffddde64d8f0d0995c8970 / Yue Wang <[email protected]> fix(acl): sort Tencent rules before in-memory paging The Tencent branch of listRules sliced the remote rule list into pages without sorting it first, so whenever the role API returned a different order between calls a rule could appear on two pages or be skipped entirely. The Tencent pageUsers path already sorts before slicing and the Apache path relies on a deterministic database ORDER BY; the rule path now sorts by principal and resource before paginating.
