### Before Creating the Bug Report - [x] Searched open timeline load/failure/retry issues and PRs. #5187 concerns stream EOF; #5780 concerns ownership of old transcript rows, not error presentation. ### Studio Version rocketmq-studio@c99b9ad50b79467546997e51f3401d57ceebea5f. ### Describe the Bug The timeline hook records request failures, but AiPage never reads timeline.error. A failed initial transcript request on /ai/c/7 leaves no transcript and displays WelcomeStarters once loading ends. The operator cannot distinguish an unavailable transcript from an empty conversation or retry it from the page. Errors without a message also need an explicit failed state so the translated fallback remains visible. ### Steps to Reproduce Open an existing conversation while its events request fails. Observe the welcome panel and absence of a transcript error/retry control. ### Expected Behavior Show a localized timeline error with a retry action, suppress the welcome panel while failed, and clear the error when a retry succeeds. Preserve loaded messages when a same-conversation refresh fails. ### Verification Plan Component regressions for a rejected cold load, retry recovery, and a failure without a message. ### Are You Willing to Submit a Pull Request?
