Its contract was not pinned anywhere - it only appeared incidentally inside other handlers' tests. Six tests pin: message templates format their arguments; exception() packages the status, code, message and hint; authentication failures are 401 UNAUTHENTICATED, permission denials 403 PERMISSION_DENIED, unexpected failures 500 INTERNAL_ERROR; and every scenario carries a non-blank code and hint. Discriminating mutations (build result verified): message formatting dropped (red). Restored: 6/6 green.
