Head commit for run: b50ab3f5c03dc7a10fe8a3b351ab2b2b4952453e / chennaji <[email protected]> fix(rmqctl): ship the completion scripts in release archives The release chain (release -> checksum -> package -> license-binary) never generated the completion scripts, and package-release.sh silently skipped them when bin/completion was absent, so archives built from a clean tree shipped without the completion scripts install.sh expects to find. Wire the completion target into package, pass the configured build directory to the packaging script, and make a missing or partially copied completion directory a hard packaging error instead of a silent omission. Verified on a clean tree: before, make package produced archives with no completion/ entries; after, all four completion scripts ship in every tar.gz and zip, and a missing COMPLETION_DIR fails the packaging with an explicit message.
