### What `MessageQueryDlqOutput` — the DLQ tool contract — had no test. This adds `MessageQueryDlqOutputTest` with 3 tests. ### What is pinned - **the two factory shapes stay distinct**: the group listing carries no group name in the envelope, the message listing does; - **a group without a last-enqueue timestamp lists with null**, not a crash. ### Verification - New tests on unmodified code: **3/3 green**, checkstyle clean. - Discriminating mutation: the last-enqueue null-safety dropped (red). - Restored: 3/3 green.
