### What `CreateNameServerDTO` carries a NameServer registration. It had no test. This adds 3 tests. ### What is pinned - a valid request passes, with the **version reported** alongside the address; - the **version is optional** — a registration does not depend on it; - the **cluster and the address are required**, and a blank field counts as missing. ### Verification - New tests on unmodified code: **3/3 green**, checkstyle clean. - Discriminating mutation: the `addr` constraint message drifted (red). - Restored: 3/3 green.
