### Description
The quick-start deployment guides tell users to verify broker startup by
tailing a log file with the wrong case:
- `docs/en/Deployment.md:29`: `$ tail -f ~/logs/rocketmqlogs/Broker.log`
- `docs/cn/Deployment.md:29`: same command; both pages also reference
`Broker.log` in the following paragraph.
The broker's logging configuration actually writes **`broker.log`**
(lowercase):
```xml
<!-- broker/src/main/resources/rmq.broker.logback.xml:60 -->
<file>${user.home}${file.separator}logs${file.separator}rocketmqlogs${brokerLogDir:-${file.separator}}${brokerContainerLogDir}${file.separator}broker.log</file>
```
On case-sensitive filesystems (Linux, the platform the `tail -f` instruction
targets), following the documented command fails with `No such file or
directory` even though the broker started fine, sending new users hunting for a
startup problem that does not exist.
### Expected behavior
The instructions should reference the file the broker actually writes,
`broker.log`.
