Six tests pin its bean-validation contract: the cluster id is required, a valid request passes, and each numeric setting has the exact floor and ceiling the broker API accepts (maxMessageSize 1 MiB-128 MiB, fileReservedTime 1-720, queue nums 1-256, brokerPermission 0-7). Discriminating mutations (build result verified): the maxMessageSize floor raised by one (red). Restored: 6/6 green.
