Updated the PR with a smaller synchronization boundary. The fix now serializes `RebalanceImpl.doRebalance()` and `destroy()`, and rejects rebalance after destruction. This keeps `DefaultMQPushConsumerImpl.shutdown()` unchanged, prevents late `ProcessQueue` creation, and avoids making `RebalanceService` depend on the Consumer lifecycle lock. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
