fix(config): align the CORS origin port with the rest of the stack (#5722)
`application.yml` was the only place in the repository carrying
`http://localhost:5174` / `127.0.0.1:5174` for `studio.cors.allowed-origins`;
`web/vite.config.ts`, `CorsConfig`, the compose file and two tests all use
5173, so a dev-server origin was rejected by the very default that is meant to
allow it. One-line change, keeping the `${STUDIO_CORS_ALLOWED_ORIGINS:...}`
override that `CONTRIBUTING.md` documents.
Config only - no tests to run. Accepted as an exception to the "no
community changes to `application.yml`" rule because it is a
configuration-correctness fix (same ruling as #5666).
