URL: https://github.com/apache/rocketmq-dashboard/issues/6059

   ### Describe the bug

On rocketmq-studio at 29fe48abc, Topic and Consumer Group imports open the
preview with the newly selected filename before awaiting File.text(), but keep
the previous importRows and importErrors. After previewing a valid file and
cancelling, selecting another file leaves the previous rows actionable while
the new file is still loading. Clicking Start import can send rows from the
previous file under the new filename.

   ### Reproduction

   1. Open Topic or Consumer Group import and preview a valid first.csv, then
cancel without importing.
   2. Select second.csv whose File.text() is delayed (for example a large file
or a deferred File.text in a component test).
   3. The title says second.csv while first.csv's rows and enabled Start import
remain.
   4. Cancelling a pending read and selecting another file also allows the
earlier read's success or failure to replace the newer preview.

   ### Expected behavior

Selecting a file clears the old preview immediately and leaves import
disabled until the current file has been parsed. Reads superseded by
cancellation, another file, or leaving the page cannot update the current
preview.

   ### Scope / duplicate check

Both handlers have the same lifecycle defect, so they should be fixed
together. This is file preview ownership, separate from the mutation submission
guards in #5454/#5497 and the instance boundary fix #4490. Searched existing
import preview/stale issues and PRs before filing.

   ### AI assistance

AI assistance was used to trace the file selection flow and draft the
reproduction. Deferred-file component regressions will verify the import
payload.
