   ### Which Issue(s) This PR Fixes

   - Fixes #6062

   ### Brief Description

Discard manual reasoning-disclosure overrides when the streaming context
changes. An earlier block has autoOpen=false both during and after a run, so
remembering only that boolean allowed a manually expanded earlier block to stay
open after completion.

Track streaming and latest together, and discard a mismatched toggle during
render. Manual expansion remains available after completion and survives
ordinary rerenders.

   ### How Did You Test This Change?

   - AssistantBubble regressions expand the earlier of two reasoning blocks,
end streaming, and require both disclosures to close. They then expand the
completed answer's earlier block and verify that an ordinary rerender preserves
that choice.
   - Before the fix: all three new cases failed. Full AssistantBubble suite
after the fix: 30 passed.
   - Rechecked the three terminal statuses with the API's COMPLETED, STOPPED
and FAILED values: 3 passed.
   - ESLint, full app TypeScript check (`--noEmit --composite false
--incremental false`), and `git diff --check`: passed.
   - #5701 tests existing ThinkingBlock behavior without production changes;
this regression covers the earlier manually expanded disclosure through
AssistantBubble.

   ### Checklist

   - [x] One coherent fix; Conventional Commit title.
   - [x] Regression test names end in Test.
   - [x] No new UI strings or API contracts.
   - [ ] Backend architecture tests not rerun (frontend-only change).

   ### Verification scope

Local tests used snapshot 29fe48abc. The intervening upstream changes
through 5e4c39b do not change either touched file; the published commit
preserves that newer upstream tree. PR CI remains the integration check.

   ### AI assistance

AI assistance was used to inspect disclosure state, implement the context
reset and author the component regressions. The diff and test results were
reviewed in this contribution session.
