Head commit for run: 1e3d7f0514dd993b9eb4338e4b7b8bf558bef368 / Apulupie <[email protected]> fix(web): report a failed instance list load on four console pages Four console pages loaded the instance list with `listInstances().catch(() => setInstances([]))`, so a failed `GET /api/instances` rendered exactly like a deployment that has no instances: an empty Select, no message, and no way to retry. - home/dashboard.tsx: the instance filter emptied silently while the page kept showing all-instance data. - settings/DataSourceTab.tsx: the data-source form's instance picker emptied inside the modal. - studio/Producer.tsx: the instance filter emptied and the Search button stayed disabled. - studio/LiteTopic.tsx: the extend-TTL dialog opened with an empty picker, and confirming it returned early without a word. A failure is now a state on each page: the Select goes into its error status, the existing `instance.listLoadFailed` copy says what happened, and a retry re-runs the load. #4700 fixed the same shape for the delivery filter and named the first two files as still silent; #4953 did it for the instance pages through the shared selector. The other call sites already report a failure or retry (pages/ops/alerts.tsx, pages/studio/BrokerCluster.tsx, pages/cluster/index.tsx, pages/instance/index.tsx).
