Head commit for run: e01cea587d6d8819405146b404e4d7ac278f6ea7 / Yxq <[email protected]> fix(web): stop showing the creation time as the delivery time The notification deliveries table rendered its "Delivered At" column as formatUtcDateTime(record.deliveredAt ?? record.createdAt), so every PENDING/SENDING/RETRY_WAIT/FAILED record displayed its creation timestamp in the delivery column — a failed webhook send looked delivered at the moment it was queued. The detail drawer renders the same field without the fallback and shows '-' for undelivered records, and the result column distinguishes delivered from next-retry, so the substitution contradicts the page's own model. Render the deliveredAt field alone; undelivered records show '-' exactly like the drawer.
