### What BaseEntity is the id and audit-timestamp carrier every persisted entity inherits. It had no test. This pins: the inherited fields round-trip through a sample subclass, and a fresh entity carries no id - persistence assigns it. ### Verification - New tests on unmodified code: **2/2 green**, checkstyle clean. - Regression only (abstract field carrier). - Restored: green.
