### What ToolExecutionResult carries both the business output and the final context after a filter chain completes - the type that replaced the shared AtomicReference. It had no test. This pins: the output and context round-trip via the factory, and a null output is carried verbatim. ### Verification - New tests on unmodified code: **2/2 green**, checkstyle clean. - Discriminating mutation: the factory dropped the context (red). - Restored: green.
