### What ConsumerGroupSettingsCommand is the write-side command for consumer group settings. It had no test. This pins: every knob round-trips, with the retry knobs as primitive ints (always supplied) and the consume toggles as boxed booleans (null means leave unchanged). ### Verification - New tests on unmodified code: **2/2 green**, checkstyle clean. - Regression only (record carrier). - Restored: green.
