### What GroupListInput is the group list tool's input. It had no test. This pins: the instance scoping and the optional group-name filter round-trip, and a request without a filter carries null - the tool treats an absent filter as list every group, not as an empty string. ### Verification - New tests on unmodified code: **2/2 green**, checkstyle clean. - Discriminating mutation: the record components swapped (red). - Restored: green.
