### What AlertRuleVO is the rule row the alert pages render. It had no test. This pins: every field round-trips, and the @Builder.Defaults (BUSINESS domain, LAST aggregation, zero window) carry the evaluation semantics every rule inherits - including through the no-args constructor, because @Builder.Default is a field initializer. ### Verification - New tests on unmodified code: **3/3 green**, checkstyle clean. - Discriminating mutation: the default domain drifted to CLUSTER (red on both default tests). - Restored: green.
