### What ClusterVO is the whole cluster the overview renders - brokers, proxies, nameservers, config, counters and TPS history. It had no test. This pins: the whole cluster round-trips through the builder, and a fresh cluster carries no sub-lists and zero counters. ### Verification - New tests on unmodified code: **2/2 green**, checkstyle clean. - Regression only (pure Lombok view). - Restored: green.
